Join me as we have fun with our dogs, and then paddle along with the Dog Paddlers—a dragon boat team in Victoria, Canada. You'll meet my Silky Terriers—Abby, Zack, Sami and Gemma—and their feline sister, Bridget. Share with us the joys and challenges of strengthening the human-canine bond as we participate with our dogs in canine agility, trailwalks and canine freestyle.

SO SARI


Me, Saturday night, at Tara & Rajiv's get together. A great evening. Good food, good company, and a fascinating glimpse into Indian culture via watching their videos of their son's wedding in India at Christmas. The wedding celebration lasts four days, with the actual ceremony on the last day...starting at 11:30 or so at night, and finishing about 4 hours later, in the wee small hours of the morning. Yikes! I'd be toast! Not sure I could stay awake that long....

The colours of India are amazing...and reflected in the wonderful colours of the saris. Tara laid out a selection of her saris for us to try on. Hence the picture above!
