LAP DOG

The puppy stork has been busy again.

The Horels travelled to the Interior over the weekend to pick up little (!) Calypso. Calypso is a Newfoundland Landseer. Need I say more? On a guess, I would estimate that Gemma is about the size of Calypso's head. Strangely, both Gemma and Calypso come from the same neck of the woods: Lone Butte. What were the odds of that??

You've gotta wonder what the two resident border collies, Swift and Emma, are thinking about this new arrival...this is one puppy who is going to be able to throw her weight around in very short order. And George is going to have to get the jumbo-sized poop bags from now on.

One thing is for sure: this is one dog who's going to absolutely love our Trailblazers trips to Witty's Lagoon and to Beaver and Elk Lakes. She'll soon be swimming circles around all her new canine cronies.
